Sac Care

Flip it. You just gotta flip it!

Fatsac's, just like you, love to relax. But a Fatsac can't do it's job if it's too relaxed - so you have to flip it. Although an acquired skill, the basics are just grab the thing low down & flip it over (keep that back straight now). Your sac will stand tall, ready to welcome your tired body into a giant hug. You may need to flip it a couple of times to get it just right.

Regular turning of your Sac will help maintain the appearance of this fabric as will hand vacuuming from time to time. As with all furniture fabrics do not expose for long periods to direct sunlight as this may cause colour fading. Not much danger of that happening then!

 

Jumbo Cord

Made from a Poly mix it is ridiculously soft and has a two shade colour effect when brushing the corduroy.

Jumbo Cord is washable at 30 degrees, then allow to dry naturally. Do not dry clean.

Flame Retardancy

Fatsac Jumbo-Cord meets the requirements of BS5852 Part 1 ignition source 0 (cigarette) and Ignition source 1 (match) as laid out in the FURNITURE & FURNISHINGS (FIRE) (SAFETY) regulations 1988.

 

Natura Linen

A cotton 68% and Linen 32% mix it is soft to touch and extremely hard wearing.

Fatsac Natura Linen is washable at 30 degrees then allow to dry naturally. It can be dry cleaned (check with you Dry Cleaners), and can be ironed on the reverse if you really love ironing. Any creases will fall out with use.

Flame Retardancy

Fat-Cord meets the requirements of BS5852 Part 1 ignition source 0 (cigarette), as laid out in the FURNITURE & FURNISHINGS (FIRE) (SAFETY) regulations 1988, when used the "schedule 3 interliner". Only to be used over a Fatsac sac inner.

 

Modena-Suede

Made from 100% Polyester the suede effect is very soft to touch and extremely hard wearing. It has similar characteristic to natural suede, in that it is multi directional giving that suede shading effect.

Fatsac Modena-Suede is treated with a soil release finish and is resistant to liquid and oil based stains.

Note: No further chemical treatments should be applied. Liquid stains should be allowed to dry then cleaned using luke warm water and a mild detergent. Grease stains should be first spot cleaned with a cleaning fluid to remove the solvent soluble matter. Any stain residue should be shampooed using a specialist upholstery cleaner. Do not send to outside dry cleaners. Do not iron.
