Delivery

Your Sac will be delivered within two weeks. We cannot deliver to a PO Box because they won’t fit! Sac’s will be delivered by courier usually on a 2 day service, we can supply you a consignment tracking numbers if requested, and all deliveries must be signed for.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to seven working days after the order date. All cancellations must be received in writing by post, fax or email.

Returns Policy

Returns must be reported or claimed with 14 days of delivery and be in returned in as new condition and still in the original packing. When you unpack a Sac you'll realise why we cannot accept returns of an unpacked Fatsac. Personalised Sac's or when Sac covers are made with customer supplied fabric cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for the return delivery charge. Please contact for a quote.

Guarantees

Your inner Sac has a lifetime comfort guarantee. It will never go flat like a bean bag. All outer covers have one year guarantee against manufacturing and fabric defects.

We are dedicated to supplying you, with the best quality product possible. If you ’re not satisfied with our Sac's or service, the Fatsac Controller will do everything in his power to correct it, and make your day.

Fatsac will not sell, rent, give or otherwise provide any of your personal information to third parties without first obtaining your written permission.
